Aluminium frames are made from heavy gauge 100% Aluminium alloy extrusions with uniquely   supported inner walls.  All joints are Heliaric hand welded with full circumference and are hand ground to ensure long lasting strength.  Every frame is finished with a multistage deluxe powder coated process, giving unsurpassed long lasting quality and resistance to corrosion and blistering.

Weaving is made from Environmentally friendly polyethylene, which is non toxic (even when burned no toxic substances are generated) and it is 100% recyclable.

All our weaving material is branded by VIRO, REHAU & ECOLINE, is weather proof, light fast, UV resistant, colour fast, chemical resistant and virtually maintenance free, only requires an occasional wash with mild soap solution Skyline design is designed to be insensitive to temperatures of minus 70 Celsius to plus 80 Celsius. The Fibre is resistant to rain, salt water, chlorine, frost and snow.  Can be used by the pool, on the beach, in the garden, well almost anywhere.  Even sun tan oil and creams are not a problem.

Fabrics are Branded from Sunbrela and Calypso.  They are weather resistant, light fast, stain repellent, mould resistant and fully washable.  Can and are treated for fire proofing, so can be used indoors and outdoors. Cushions are weather resistant and not weather proof.  They can weather light showers but need to be protected from heavy prolonged rain and severe winter conditions.

Skyline design furniture is light weight, easy to transport and suitable for hotels, bars, restaurants, cafe’s, spa’s, by the pool, on the beach, cruise ships and of course the garden.  In hot climate, tropical climate and freezing cold ski resorts are all no problem. When wet, will dry in minutes in the sun, so can be used after rain shower very quickly.
